Return Process

  Securely pack the mobile device in its original packaging including all chargers, cables, and manuals to ensure the return meets our quality inspection standards.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
